Dear Seasons of Anime creator,

Thank you so much for creating a gift for me!

Although I selected Future/Time Skip AU on my form, I would also be happy with a Mythical Creatures AU. The following suggestions are just that--suggestions. Feel free to go wherever your muse takes you.

Daiya no Ace: Furuya & Sawamura

I am caught up through the current anime season but have not read further in the manga. I love Furuya and Sawamura's relationship. How they both challenge each other to do better, how they help each other out (even if they often hide that fact behind aggressive posturing), how they admire and respect each other. I'd like to see how their relationship develops in the future, maybe when they are both in pro baseball. You do not need to include any romantic pairings for either of them, although I am fond of Sawamura/Miyuki, but if you do, I'd prefer those to be in the background, with the focus on the friendship between these two.

If you go with a Mythical Creatures AU-- I can see lots of potential for humor in that situation with both of them still competing like crazy no matter the circumstances.

Haikyuu: Kageyama & Oikawa

I am caught up through the current anime season but have not read further in the manga. Kageyama and Oikawa have such a complicated relationship with a lot of layers. It's clear that even though Oikawa resents the hell out of Kageyama, he also admires him and is proud of his kouhai. I'd love to see their relationship explored in the future when they are adults and have matured a bit. they can still be playing volleyball or not. I think one of the keys of Kageyama's character is his social awkwardness and blunt nature, so I'd love it if that can still be a part of him. Again, if you want to include romantic pairings in the background, that's fine, but I do NOT want any Kageyama/Hinata.

If you go with a Mythical Creatures AU-- I could imagine a scenario that parallels canon where Kageyama is Oikawa's junior, needing to learn from him and Oikawa being resentful. I think you could go in either a humorous or angsty direction.

Yuri on Ice!: Christophe/Georgi

They're my favorite YOI rarepair. They're both such drama queens and super romantic, and I'd love a future fic of either established relationship or getting together. I feel like they would try to out-compete the other with over the top romantic gestures. For a bit more angst, it could be interesting to set it when they are both retiring/retired from skating. I image Georgi is a bit older than Christophe, and Georgi might feel some anxiety there. Although I don't mind some smut, I'd prefer it if the fic is not pwp porn.

If you go with a Mythical Creatures AU-- have fun with their diva personalities in that setting!

Thank you for creating a gift for me!! The following (except for my DNW) are suggestions only--feel free to go where your muse takes you.

In general, I am very fond of h/c and historical details. For this fest, I do not want rape/non-con (although I would be okay with dub-con for my Shield Ring prompt, i.e. arranged marriage wedding-night sex, in which some or all participants may not be completely on board) and I also do not want any soulbond/soulmate AUs. In general, I'm fine with explicit sex, but also perfectly happy with no smut at all.

For artists--I apologize, but I never know how to craft specific prompts for art. I'd love art based on any of the scenarios below, though.

Specific prompts for fic:

The Shield Ring, Gerd, Gille: We only get to see glimpses of the relationship between Gerd and Gille from Frytha's pov. I'd like to see more about them--they both seem to have acquiesced easily to their marriage, but perhaps originally one or both of them didn't want to? How does Gille's distant relationship with his father play into it? They seem to be friends, but are they attracted to one another too? Is the wedding night horribly awkward? How does Gille feel about their baby? Post-canon fic could be interesting too, maybe seeing what happens when Gille becomes chief.

Dawn Wind, Beornwulf and his family: We always see these characters through Owain's eyes, and I'd be interested in a fic from either Beornwulf or one (or more) of his family's pov. It could be set either before Owain arrives or after. It could explore events we see in the book or events that are not in canon.

Eagle's Egg, Vedrix and Cordaella: I'd love to see these characters, especially Vedrix, explored a bit more. I'd love a fic set before they come to Ebucarum (I hope I'm remembering correctly that's where the story is set!) in particular. It seems like Vedrix may have had a tough time, given his disability, and I'd love to see more about how he became an artist. Also, more about his relationship with his sister. If you prefer a fic set in the canon period, I'd be interested in their lives during the three years Quintus was away. Did Vedrix try to get Cordaella to give up on Quintus? Was he supportive? What is life like for them in Ebucarum?

Thank you so much for creating a gift for me! I've included some suggestions here for inspiration and to outline what I'd love to receive in a fic, but if your ideas take you elsewhere, go for it!

First off, Hurt/Comfort is pretty much my reason for existing, and so I will always love a fic that includes that!

Tsurune, Narumiya Minato & Takigawa Masaki

I'd love a fic that focuses on their relationship, and in particular how much it comes to mean to Masaki. I feel like we get more of Minato's perspective in the anime, and I'm dying for more focused on Masaki. It could be set during the events of the episodes or set after. Owl cameos appreciated! I would prefer for their relationship to be Gen or only implying future romantic affection.

I have only seen the anime and haven't read the LN.

If you go with an AU, though, I'm fine with a romantic/sexual relationship between them. Some AU tropes I love are: A/B/O, slavery, arranged marriage, historical

Haikyuu!, Oikawa Tooru & Kageyama Tobio

I'm not too interested in a romantic/sexual relationship here, rather I'd love to see the aspects of mentor/mentee or friendship explored. I'd really like a fic set in the future, when they are both adults, either still playing volleyball or moved on to other careers. I feel like Kageyama really looks up to and admires Oikawa, and I'd love a fic where Oikawa gets over his jealousy of Kageyama and really helps him in some way. Given that Kageyama can be socially awkward, I could see a scenario where Kageyama is being hopeless at some sort of life skill or situation, and Oikawa steps in to help (reluctantly) but then comes to develop a genuine affection for Kageyama.

Again, I'd prefer a Gen fic if it is set in canon. An AU can be anything--see above for some of my favorite tropes.

I have watched all the anime episodes but have not kept up with the manga.

Daiya no Ace, Furuya Satoru

I have a soft spot for Furuya, and I'd love a fic focusing on him that explores his life outside of baseball ( mean, obviously baseball is a major part of his life, but he can't do it 24/7 even if he would like to ;). I've always thought a fic where he gets a crush on Yoshikawa Haruno and starts awkwardly trying to express his affection would be sweet. Or maybe a fic exploring his friendship with one of the other players--I feel like in the anime we really only see Furuya interacting a lot with Eijun and Miyuki. I'd prefer a fic set during high school.

If you go with an AU, I'd prefer something that is still set within the canon verse and events, and not a completely new universe.

I have watched all the anime episodes but have not kept up with the manga.

For all of the above, I do not want: Rape/Non-Con (in an AU, dub-con is okay), scat/watersports, infantilism, bloodplay, unhappy endings, or character death. If you go with an AU scenario, I'd prefer one that is not pwp porn.

Thank you in advance for creating something for me! The suggestions below are just that--suggestions. If you have other ideas that are more inspirational, feel free to follow them. I'm giving suggestions strictly for fics but if you are doing art instead, I will love that too, and I would like anything based on these characters. I just don't really know how to give suggestions for art.

The Silver Branch, Flavius and Justin

I'd like a story set towards the middle of the book, when they have been forced to flee Magnis and are making their way back to Calleva after learning that Carausius is dead. I'd love to see their relationship explored a bit more as they endure the hardships of the journey and being fugitives. I'd prefer that their relationship not be a romantic/sexual one but that there is a great deal of affection there (so things like cuddling for warmth, supportive touches, etc.). I always love hurt/comfort, and I imagine that they could encounter a number of dangers on the road (illness, injuries, etc.). I'd love Justin caring for Flavius or Flavius caring for Justin. Although it's clear in the book that they become good friends, I feel like Sutcliff doesn't really expand on their bond like she does in other books, so I'd like to see that explored more.

Frontier Wolf, Hilarion

I'd like a story exploring Hilarion's backstory before he joins the frontier wolves. It could be when he's older or when he's a child or both. I'd prefer it if it was a bit more on the angsty side as opposed to completely happy, as I imagine something must have happened to get him shipped off to the frontier.

Outcast, Lady Lucilla

I'd like a fic exploring Lucilla's story a little more. I'd prefer if it's set during the time Beric is with her family or else in the future, perhaps after her marriage. Or maybe an AU where she and her new husband are able to take Beric with them and somehow help him get to Justinius. Or else her pov on Beric, perhaps more of her helping him when he's a slave. As I said, I adore hurt/comfort, so would love anything related to Beric being hurt/sick/etc. and Lucilla looking after him.
